The MISL service team brings many years of experience and intimate knowledge of the CTF MEGTM and 4D NeuroimagingTM product lines to each site. In addition, the MISL engineering design team participates directly with customer service and support activities. We also offer a comprehensive preventative maintenance program with 24/7 global emergency response and on-site service.

Installation

Successful installation of an MEG instrument begins with site planning. MISL offers on-site surveys to assist in the selection of an optimal location for your laboratory and instrument.
During the planning and installation activities our team coordinates with your site representatives to achieve rapid implementation and high quality performance in all aspects of system operation.

Training

MISL offers an extensive on-site training program following installation. The training curriculum is highly flexible and is tailored to the customer's preferences and experience. Following the training program, operators will be able to perform a wide variety of MEG examinations on their own, however additional consultation and collaboration is always available to ensure your team can take full advantage of the CTF MEGTM.

Service

In addition to a comprehensive manufacturer warranty MISL provides extended service agreements for the lifetime of the instrument. MISL ensures that your system continues to operate to specification for its operational lifetime.
