CTF MEGTM Software
CTF MEGTM acquisition and analysis software is specifically designed to provide a
complete work environment for MEG/EEG studies. The software is designed to maximize
laboratory productivity as well as offer the user complete flexibility in workflow.
CTF MEGTM applications provide intuitive graphical interfaces as well as powerful
command-line functions for automated procedures.
Features include:
- Control of CTF MEGTM electronics for tuning, calibration, and acquisition.
- Rapid data processing and quality assessment, including a wide range of time, frequency and spatial filtering options.
- Automatic and manual marking of key time points and classification of trials.
- Data averaging across time and subjects.
- Source modeling methods to interpret the data as one or more equivalent current dipoles (ECDs).
- Synthetic Aperture Magnetometry (SAM), allowing for probability current density mapping, time display of arbitrarily positioned and arbitrary number of virtual depth electrodes, Statistical Parametric Mapping (SPM/SAM), and Differential Statistical Parametric Mapping (differentiating between cognitive states).
- Overlay of MEG/EEG data with MRI to provide relationship between brain anatomy and brain function.
